1. Supplements
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used supplements. However:

Unopened supplements may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, products must be in original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Digital Programs / Courses
All sales of digital products are non-refundable. Our programs deliver immediate access to proprietary education and materials, which cannot be reversed.
3. Membership & Service Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within memberships or consultation packages.
However, if you feel dissatisfied or believe there was an error in billing or delivery of service, please contact us. We want to make it right whenever possible.
